As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at juucy, you will join a global team of accomplished recruiters working remotely. Your responsibilities will include managing requisitions (currently with a strong focus on tech) for post-funding scale-up companies, SMEs and larger corporates.
Your role involves:
- Delivering global recruitment services through adaptable sourcing and headhunting.
- Managing our existing client portfolio, which includes startups, SMEs and corporates in EU
- Elevating talent acquisition delivery through effective sourcing strategies
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech or Business-related roles (in-house or external).
- Advanced sourcing capabilities, particularly in boolean search techniques.
- Background in international talent-hiring delivery and client management.
- In-depth knowledge of the European Talent Market.
- A registered freelance business or similar corporate entity that allows you to receive income from commercial activity
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/ or other sourcing methods
- Native or professional-level English proficiency.
